The story follows Jonas, a young man struggling with loss, loneliness, and identity issues. He seeks solace in an old stuffed animal, which he carries with him as a symbol of his connection to his deceased father. Jonas finds himself in a world of frustration and misunderstanding for his situation, which is emphasized when he is faced with a series of emotionally charged confrontations.

As Jonas slowly loses himself in destructive behavior patterns and dangerous situations, he becomes more isolated and is forced to reflect on his choices and his identity. His inner journey is reflected in a hallucinatory scene in which he confronts the memory of his father, who urges him not to remain stuck in the shadow of the past. Through this, he will eventually find peace with his loss.

In the final phase, Jonas chooses to symbolically let go of his father by leaving the stuffed animal on his grave, and he reconnects with his mother and his life. The story ends with a sense of acceptance and hope, as Jonas rediscovers himself and revalues the relationships he still has.

Homeless - Emiel:

Backstory:
Emiel is a reflection of Jonas' thoughts. Emiel ended up on the streets because of a lot of wrong choices in his life. After his alcoholic father died, Emiel could not deal with this grief. He went down the wrong path, stopped seeing anyone, committed robberies and became addicted to crack. Emiel sees and registers that Jonas might be in the same boat as he was in, but does not intervene. He does not do this because he realizes that the only thing that can save Jonas is his own willpower, without intrinsic motivation he will not make it.

Emiel is a self-assured man. Although he is addicted to crack and commits robberies, he does all this as if he knows exactly what he is doing, and as if he has done it a hundred times before.

Mother Jonas - Gerda:

Backstory:
Gerda is an optimistic woman who cares deeply about her loved ones. The loss of her husband hurt her terribly, despite the many fights she had with him. She finds it even more painful to see how her son is going downhill after Pascal's death, but she doesn't know how to deal with this. She tries to give him all the love she can, but Jonas doesn't seem to accept this.
