We are looking for:
A junior producer who will join our team for 16-24 hours a week. You will work in a dynamic and creative environment in which you will work closely with directors and other professionals. As our first permanent employee, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and play a key role in our future productions. We run the company with two people, have interns and hire a lot of freelancers and we want to grow very fast. Now it is time to take the step of hiring our first man. We are looking for someone who is or wants to be really good, is full of energy and from this point on thinks it is great to grow with us and conquer the world. Or let's start with the Netherlands first. Maybe we will stay there too, Leidschendam really is the place to be.
You are the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from pre-production to post-production. You plan shooting days, develop concepts, make budgets and maintain contact with clients.

As a junior producer, you help plan and coordinate our (film) productions. You work with directors and crew to ensure that every shooting day runs smoothly. You know how important tight planning and budget control are and you can switch quickly when necessary. You keep an overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Job requirements / profile
- Several years of relevant experience in film production or a similar role
- Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets and schedules
- Creative, with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible and stress-resistant, can handle last-minute changes well
- You write flawless Dutch and can develop concepts well
- Pre: you are good with social media
- You feel at home in a pleasant, informal working environment
