At REDRUM we are looking for an experienced project manager/producer to join our team of creative heroes! In this position you will imagine yourself in the world of epic stories, creative magic and unforgettable productions. You will not only manage projects, but also play the role of producer and hero to ensure that every frame of our creations is a masterpiece.

You are responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of our film and animation projects. You receive new assignments, after which you translate them with our screenwriters, strategists and creatives into a suitable concept including a budget and feasible planning. Coordinating and organizing is in your blood, so you enjoy (partly) co-producing. You ensure that project goals are achieved within set deadlines and budgets and maintain full contact with the client. The target? Creating a big smile on the faces of your clients and colleagues, of course!

Job requirements / profile
- Demonstrable experience as a project manager and producer;
- You have a natural talent for communicating, coordinating and building relationships;
- Solution-oriented and an eye for detail: you discover even the smallest villains;
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams;
- Deadlines actually make you perform better;
- You speak and write Dutch and English well;
- Experience in the film and animation industry is an advantage;
- Fan of The Shining ;-)
