LOCATION MANAGER / PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Film Production Internship | Expenses Covered | Growth Opportunities
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Location Manager / Production Assistant Intern to join our growing film production company.
In this early stage, the internship combines Location Management, Production Assistance and Prop Management, with the opportunity to grow into a more specialized role as our productions expand.

Who We're Looking For
Someone who is organized, proactive, reliable and resourceful, with a genuine interest in film production. Previous experience is welcome but not essential. A driver's license is preferred.

Period
Hours & Availability
Hours are flexible and depend on the filming and production schedule. We ask for a minimum availability of approximately half a working day per week, with additional availability around filming days where possible.

As the company and our productions grow, there will be opportunities to develop into paid positions with greater and more specialized responsibilities. We're looking for someone interested in joining at an early stage and growing with the company. The period could be short (minimum 3 months) or become a permanent position, all according to your interest.

Job requirements / profile
Responsibilities
● Scout and secure filming locations based on the screenplay
● Work with the Director and Production Designer to match the visual direction
● Communicate with property owners and arrange rental agreements
● Apply for filming permits and coordinate parking, access and safety
● Help coordinate cast, crew, equipment and day-to-day production logistics
● Assist with transport, catering, errands and general production needs
● Source, buy, borrow, rent or arrange props required for filming
● Manage location, production and prop budgets
● Ensure locations and property are treated according to owners' wishes

Spoken / language requirements
English, Dutch is a nice to have
