We are looking for someone with several years of work experience as a program maker in the broadest sense of the word. Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking. You must be someone who communicates easily with our clients.
Quick-witted, sharp, and creative. You are highly capable of translating a client's request or communication challenge into a concept or internal briefing. You can manage a video project from start to finish.
In addition, it must also be a challenge for you to seek contact with new and potential customers.

We, BLD AV Media, are a video production company in the Eindhoven region.

We have long-standing client relationships. We want to truly get to know our clients and understand their needs and goals in order to deliver high-quality video productions tailored to the client's wishes. Filming locations in the Netherlands, Europe, and far beyond.
We work primarily B2B. Corporate productions, product presentations, but also more dramatized or documentary programs.
We are a close-knit team of 4 people: a producer, 2 editors, and our invaluable office manager. In addition, we work with a fixed group of freelance specialists such as camera operators, sound technicians, lighting technicians, animators, and external directors.

You are someone with excellent interpersonal skills, an easy conversationalist.
You possess good organizational skills.
You can come up with original concepts and turn them into a script.
You are highly quality-conscious. You won't settle for anything less than good.
You understand the medium of video, and what the possibilities and impossibilities can be.
You know what a camera and light can create because you have experience with that.
You can create a sublime montage together with an editor.
You have excellent language skills in at least Dutch and English.
You have a B driving license.
