About Neris Motion Studios & the project

Neris Motion Studios is a new production company that is just starting out, but with big plans for the future. We are currently developing our first projects and are interested in building a reliable team of talented creatives and crew members that we can collaborate with on future productions as the company grows.

The upcoming project is a monodrama, centred around a single performer and relying heavily on their physical presence and performance. We are therefore looking for someone who understands how hair and makeup translate on camera and can help create and maintain the desired look throughout the shoot.

Omschrijving
Neris Motion Studios is looking for a Hair & Makeup Artist for an upcoming monodrama film, shooting in the Rotterdam area on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September.

We are currently looking primarily for someone who can take care of hair, while also welcoming people with experience in both hair and makeup. We are also looking to have a backup option for both departments, so we would be happy to hear from experienced artists who may be available to step in if needed.

Living in or near Rotterdam is preferred, as the position requires full-day availability and a test day before the shoot.

Periode
Shooting is in the Rotterdam area on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September.

Functie eisen / profiel
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous on-camera / film & TV hair and/or makeup experience
- Has a portfolio or examples of previous work
- Is available for full shooting days on 19 & 20 September
- Is available for a test day before the shoot
- Is comfortable working independently on a film set
- Can collaborate with the director, performer and other crew members
- Is able to maintain continuity throughout the shoot

Experience in both hair and makeup is a plus, although our current priority is finding someone for hair.
