To ensure that our 2-3 day shooting days run smoothly, we are looking for organized individuals for the following positions:
1. 1st Assistant Director / Floor Manager
The Role: You will be the structural backbone of the set floor. Working alongside our Director and DOP, you will manage a tight daily shooting schedule, maintain clear floor discipline, and keep the production tracking efficiently between setups.
We’re looking for someone who: Has some experience in set management, assistant directing, or organizational project management. We would love a warm, clear communicator who knows how to keep a schedule moving with a smile and keeps the set atmosphere positive and collaborative.
2. Production Assistant (PA) / Set Runner (2 positions)
The Role: A proactive, helpful partner on the floor. You will assist with day-to-day logistics, help with set lockups during takes, and ensure our lovely cast and crew have everything they need to succeed.
We’re looking for someone who: Is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to help. A little bit of previous on-set experience is wonderful, but a positive, "can-do" attitude is what matters most to us. A driver’s license and car are a fantastic bonus!
