This is a short narrative film produced as part of a research project investigating the limits of different tracking systems on an XR-stage. The story follows Ana, a teenage Ukrainian violinist one week before the most important audition of her life, as a bombing raid interrupts her late-night practice session.

We offer travel, (if needed) an accommodation in Breda, and food on set are all covered. You will work in a XR stage with good equipment that will produce an image of high quality. And an experienced crew alongside industry collaborators. Because the film shoots multiple times, you leave with real portfolio material. But what makes it worth your time, is that you will help us be tell a story about not giving up, and that feels important right now.

We are currently looking for someone who can record audio and foley for our shortfilm that will be recorded in an XR stage. Are you comfortable with a microphone and are up to work alongside industry collaborators mixed with experienced filmstudents? Then this project is for you! The research requires testing multiple tracking systems, the film is shot several times across 4–5 days, giving cast members significantly more on-set time and footage than a typical short film production. The project is run by a professional crew working alongside industry collaborators, using top-tier XR equipment.
